All charter reservations require a $100 credit card deposit, either through this secure form or over the telephone. All charters reserved using this form will be confirmed via e-mail. Deposits are subject to forfeit only in the case of late cancellations or no shows. Cancellations due to weather will be rescheduled to fit your itinerary if possible or no deposits will be charged. See cancellation policy at the bottom of this form.

Cancellations: Many of our captain's schedules are booked solid through the busy fishing season. This is an important time of the year which carries them through the slower months. Please respect that when a fishing trip is cancelled without enough time for the captain to reschedule another charter, the captain has lost important revenue.

 Credit Card Charge and Cancellation Policy: Credit card numbers recorded on this form or over the telephone are used to guarantee a reservation and will be charged a 20% deposit. Any cancellation made with less than 72 hours notice is considered late and may be subject to loss of deposit. No shows will be subject to loss of deposit or may be charged the full price of the charter. Cancellations due to weather will be rescheduled to fit your itinerary if possible or any deposit will be fully refunded.
